Our olive oils are great for cooking; each variety of olive oil is an ideal substitute for butter and other oils that are high in saturated fats. It is great on fish, pork, chicken, grilling, marinades and steamed vegetables; a wonderful addition to salads as well as bread dipping.

Balsamic vinegar is made from fermented concentrated grape must and acquires its dark color and pungent sweetness while aging in oak barrels for several years. True aged balsamic vinegar is sweet and smooth with low acidity. Perfect for salads, just mix with your favorite Cookin Something Up  extra virgin olive oil.
